Refund policy
Online Orders:
We accept returns up to 20 days following receipt of purchase for in store credit only. All products must be returned in their original packaging and have not been used. HomeSpun LLC reserves the right to refuse a return if the above criteria is not met. In store credit will be issued at the time the return is complete. If an item arrives damaged, please issue an email to customerservice@homespunus.com with photos of the damage within 5 days of delivery for resolution. We will reply back within 2 business days.
In Store:
We accept returns up to 10 days following receipt of purchase for in store credit only. All products must be returned in their original packaging and not have been used. HomeSpun LLC reserves the right to refuse a return if the above criteria is not met. In store credit will be issued at the time the return is complete.
Pickup orders:
All orders must be picked up within 10 days from time of order. Orders placed by 12PM CST will be ready for pickup same day, orders placed after will be available next business day. Pickups can be made at the HomeSpun LLC location of 132 S 6th Avenue, West Bend, Wisconsin 53095 during business hours. Orders not picked up within that time will result in an in store credit being issued to the customer via email and the items no longer held.
