Chickens Mini Enclosure Notecard

I have always had a thought of opening a little shop providing a lovely space for people to enjoy a bit of respite and enjoyment from the busyness of their days, and offerings that would help facilitate a joy filled life!  That opportunity arrived by way of the previous shop owners asking me if I would like to carry on my own shop in their space, as they were stepping away. I was excited to accept, and am very grateful for their continued guidance and help!

My husband and I have been blessed with 10 children over the past 25 years, and 1 grandchild.   We are a Home Educating family with a strong faith in Jesus!   I have always enjoyed making a house into a home.  I feel that when you do this all who live within, or stop by, are nourished.  It doesn't have to be anything grand; it just has to resonate with you.  There are little items here or there that bring a smile to you; they provide what I call 'pockets of joy'.  These small pockets help to enrich you and aid in fulfilling your calling with joy. I also have an appreciation for artisans who put their time and heart into their creations.  I am glad to be able to offer items of these nature as well.

One of the unexpected blessings I have had within this short time of being a shopkeeper is working with my older daughters and learning together this world of retail.  My husband and children all have a hand in this small shop and I am so grateful for their help.  Plus, they make it a lot of fun here too!  You will most likely see one of the kids here helping out when you stop by in store, and they will be helping put together your online orders:)
